Dear Members, notice is hereby given that the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on Wednesday 17th May at 8:00 p.m. by video Zoom conference. The Meeting will open 30-minutes early to allow everyone to join in good order. The timeline leading up to the AGM is as follows:
By 8:00 p.m. on Thursday 27nd April (20 days before the Meeting):
Candidates for election to the Board must put themselves forward, supported by a nomination and a secondment from other Members to the Secretary by e-mail: secretary@nzdg.org.nz
Candidates for election must complete an NZDG Conflict of Interest Declaration Form: Conflict of Interest Form
Candidates for election are encouraged to write a short letter of candidacy for publication on our website.
By 8:00 p.m. on Sunday 7th May (10 days before the Meeting): The NZDG will publish and send to Members:
The Agenda of the Meeting.
Reports and other formal documents for consideration at the Meeting.
All Motions to be voted on at the Meeting.
Secure online e-voting details will be provided by Luke Hetzel, NZDG’s IT contractor.

By 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday 16th May (1 day before the Meeting): Members are encouraged to have voted electronically, rather than at the meeting. E-voting will be cut-off 24 hours before the meeting. Best regards,
