1. Meeting opened by the Chairman at 7.17pm. Twenty members were present.
2. The Motion : "That the Association adopt the revised Constitution as recommended by the Board" was put to the Meeting.
3. 138 members voted, 131 by e-vote, 7 in person at the Meeting.
116 Members voted "Yes" for the motion,
22 Members voted "No" against the Motion.
4. The Motion was passed and the revised Constitution adopted.
5. The revised Constitution will come into force once lodged with the Registrar of Incorporated Societies.
