Dear Members, Notice is hereby given that the Special General Meeting of the Association will be held on Thursday 11th August at 7:00 p.m. by video Zoom conference. The Meeting will open 30-minutes early to allow everyone to join in good order. The timeline leading up to the AGM is as follows:
By 7:00 p.m. on Thursday 21 July (20 days before the Meeting):
Candidates for election to the Board must put themselves forward, supported by a nomination and a secondment from other Members to the acting secretary by e-mail: secretary@nzdg.org.nz
Candidates for election must complete an NZDG Conflict of Interest Declaration Form: https://forms.gle/DpR3xgRtBy1bxiXu9
By 7:00 p.m. on Monday 1st August (10 days before the Meeting):
The NZDG will publish and send to Members:
The Agenda of the Meeting.
Reports and other formal documents for consideration at the Meeting.
All Motions to be voted on at the Meeting.
Secure online e-voting details will be provided by Luke Hetzel, NZDG’s IT contractor.
By 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday 10th August (1 day before the Meeting):
Members are encouraged to have voted electronically, rather than at the meeting. E-voting will be cut-off 24 hours before the Meeting. Other Candidates for election are encouraged to write a short letter of candidacy for publication on our website and distributed to members. Email this to secretary@nzdg.org.nz
